Payment

Wavell Distribution ApS accepts payment with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, MobilePay, Apple Pay & Klarna. The amount for the goods will only be charged to your account when the goods are dispatched. In connection with partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery will be charged. All amounts are stated in EUR and include VAT.

Wavell Distribution ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read by others. We do not charge card fees.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

We charge the amount when we dispatch the goods, or the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

Shipping

Wavell Distribution ApS ships orders on all business days. We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Your package will be delivered with DHL.

The expected delivery time is 2–6 business days.

Delivery costs €10. Delivery to the nearest parcel shop is free for consumers at Wavell on orders over €49.99. Delivery to a private address may be subject to an additional shipping cost.

Refunds

If a refund has been agreed, the agreed amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your goods.

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.

This means that you have 30 days from receiving the goods to inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You can send an email to support@wavellaudio.com.

When returning goods and exercising your right of withdrawal, please include the standard withdrawal form, which can be found here.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to receive the goods without also informing us.

Withdrawal from part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you may return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

No right of withdrawal

The following agreements cannot be withdrawn from:

Delivery of goods that have been made to your specifications or have been clearly personalised.

Returns

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us.

You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible if the goods are damaged during transport.

Condition of the goods when returned

If the goods have lost value, and this is due to you using them in a way that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you may only receive a partial refund of the purchase amount.

The amount you can receive back depends on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases this may mean that you only receive the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the goods in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the goods.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the goods have decreased in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are responsible.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. However, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, unless you provide documentation that you have returned them.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have a 24-month right of complaint.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you may have the goods repaired, exchanged, refunded or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the fault. If you complain within two months after discovering the fault, the complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging. Please remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Terms and conditions – Extended Warranty on IT Products

General

1.1 This extended warranty (“the Warranty”) is an optional add-on that can be added when purchasing IT products from Wavell ApS. By purchasing and accepting this extended warranty, the customer (“the Customer”) accepts the terms and conditions described below.

1.2 The Warranty only takes effect after the purchase of the extended warranty and applies in addition to the normal product warranty for IT products.

1.3 The Customer should be aware that this extended warranty only covers products purchased from Wavell ApS and not any third-party accessories.

Duration

2.1 The extended warranty takes effect immediately after purchase and is valid for two years in addition to the normal product warranty that comes with the IT product.

2.2 The Customer must keep the original purchase receipt or invoice as documentation for the purchase of the extended warranty.

Coverage

3.1 The extended warranty covers the same types of faults and defects as the normal product warranty during the specified period.

3.2 The Customer must follow all applicable instructions from the manufacturer regarding the use, maintenance and repair of the IT product in order to maintain warranty coverage.

3.3 The extended warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by unauthorised repairs, incorrect use, negligence, accidents, misuse or other causes that cannot be attributed to the product’s original condition or manufacturing defects.

Basket and choice of warranty

4.1 If the Customer has several products in the basket and only adds one “extended warranty” to the order, the extended warranty will automatically be added to the most expensive product in the order.

4.2 The Customer has the option to select extended warranty for several products in the basket by adding the relevant quantity of “extended warranty” to each desired product.

Returns and refunds

5.1 The Customer may return an IT product covered by the extended warranty if it is damaged or defective, subject to the terms and conditions set out in our general return policy.

5.2 If the Customer wishes to return a product that has the extended warranty, the extended warranty will also be cancelled for that product, and the Customer will only receive a refund in accordance with our general return policy.

Limitation of liability

6.1 Wavell ApS assumes no liability for any damage arising from the use of the IT product, regardless of whether this relates to warranty-covered faults or other causes.

6.2 Wavell ApS disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages that may arise from the use of the IT product or the inability to use it, regardless of whether it is covered by the warranty or not.

Changes to terms and conditions

7.1 Wavell ApS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions for the extended warranty when necessary, without prior notice.

7.2 Changes take effect from the time they are published on Wavell’s website.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us: name, address, phone number and email address.

We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary in order to deliver the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Wavell Distribution ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.

The data controller is Wavell Distribution ApS.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected.

In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. This may, for example, be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it.

Complaints

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact support@wavellaudio.com.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:

In order to submit a complaint, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. A fee is charged for having the complaint processed.

If you live in an EU country other than Denmark, you can submit a complaint through the European Commission’s online dispute resolution portal.
